Unleashed Edit: Keilah's Morning Seascape
At Keilah’s morning beach session, the dark clouds eventually parted and out peeked the sun.
With both bright sun and dark shadows, the dynamic range of the scene was very high, which meant that the image needed to be underexposed to try and capture all the tones. The white balance is also much cooler than it should be.
Watch and learn as Charlotte brightens and warms the image in both Lightroom and Photoshop, gradually building up the adjustments to give a subtly warm and bright seaside portrait with a beautiful soft feel.
