Editing Toolbox: Is Adobe's Super Resolution worth using?

Have you heard of Super Resolution? Along with Denoise and Raw Details, it's available in Lightroom, Lightroom Classic and ACR, and is part of Adobe's new suite of image enhancement tools. Super Resolution allows you to upsample your image to DOUBLE the original width and height.
But is it any better than just upsampling an image in Photoshop, using Image Size? The answer unfortunately isn't Super Simple, but in this video, I cover everything you need to know to help you make the right decision if you need to upsize your image.
