Standard Personal Image Licence Terms and Conditions

All digital image files from Unleashed Education come with a standard personal image usage licence and are subject to the following terms and conditions.

Copyright

The Australian Copyright Act (1968) protects copyright of all images produced by the Photographer. The Photographer retains the copyright and ownership of all images taken during the photo session. By purchasing products and digital files, you are purchasing a personal licence to use the image only, not ownership or copyright of the image. It is unlawful to copy, scan or reproduce any printed images without written permission of the Photographer.

The Photographer reserves the right to reproduce images for self-promotion and photo contests. The Photographer also retains the right to sell and licence images for commercial use if this has been specified in the session agreement on file. In order to control the quality of the work produced, the photographer reserves the exclusive right to crop, modify or edit any images in any way.

Image Usage

Unless specifically agreed upon prior to purchase and authorised in writing, when purchasing high resolution digital image files, you are granted a licence to reproduce the images for personal use only.

Images, both in digital and printed form, may not be on-sold to third parties or entered in photo competitions without written permission from the copyright holder, the Photographer. Images may be printed from high resolution image files for personal use only.

You may share images in electronic format on personal, non-commercial websites (including Facebook and other social media sites) providing;

1. Only the supplied web resolution, watermarked images are uploaded (do not upload high resolution image files), and;

2. Credit is given to the photographer in the form of; © Photographer Name/Business, preferably with link/tag to the relevant Facebook page if shared on Facebook, or Instagram account if shared on Instagram.

Commercial Usage

A standard personal image usage licence does not cover commercial use. To purchase a commercial usage licence for any images, please contact the Photographer directly.
