Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your membership any time through the Settings area in the Learning Hub. Just make sure it’s 48 hours before your next payment is due so you don’t get billed for the next billing period.

When you cancel, access to the membership and all content contained within will continue until the end of your current billing period (month or year depending on your subscription).

We cannot offer refunds or credit for unused days within a billing cycle.

Once your membership has been cancelled, you will lose access to all the content included in the membership, with the exception of any resources you have purchased lifetime access to.

You will also be removed from the private members-only community.
