This is not just another workshop.

It’s two full days of shooting, learning, refining and elevating your craft alongside Charlotte Reeves and Craig Turner-Bullock.

Urban storytelling, off-camera flash, dogs and their humans, editing mastery, and meaningful creative growth all come together in this immersive London experience designed to elevate your skills and expand the way you see, shoot, and shape your work.

What We’ll Be Doing

This two-day experience blends classroom learning, on-location shooting, and editing instruction and inspiration.

We’ll be working in two iconic London areas:

Canary Wharf

Modern architecture, clean lines, dramatic perspectives, street art and sculptures. Perfect for bold, graphic urban portraits.

Tower Bridge / Queens Walk

A dynamic mix of historic and modern architecture, river views, and quintessential London atmosphere.

Session Focus

One session will focus on off-camera flash, most likely at twilight, teaching you how to confidently shape and control light in an urban environment.

The other session will focus on dogs and their owners, helping you craft emotive, connected, story-driven imagery within a city setting.

Classroom & Editing Time

Before each shoot, we’ll spend time in our Whitechapel conference space covering:

  • Technical foundations
  • Planning and visualising urban compositions, with a focus on scale and focal length
  • Working with architecture and urban environments intentionally
  • Off-camera flash theory and setup
  • Directing dogs and owners effectively to capture usable images in busy spaces

After the shoots, we’ll dive into editing.

Expect an inspirational mix of:

  • Live editing demonstrations from Charlotte and Craig
  • Creative breakdowns of images captured during the workshop
  • Dedicated editing time
  • Personalised 1:1 support

You’ll refine your workflow, strengthen your creative voice, and leave with polished, professional-level images.

"This workshop was a game-changer for me. I learned literally countless new things about shooting and editing, and I had FUN doing it. Charlotte and Craig are unbelievably knowledgeable, and you can tell they’re excited to help others learn too.
"It was an amazing experience to be around other people who love pet photography as much as me, and the beautiful setting and pre-arranged dog models and locations made it so we could all focus on refining our skills.
"I’m so grateful to have had the opportunity to learn alongside so many talented, wonderful people."

"Meeting Charlotte and Craig in person, and getting to watch and learn from them in real time was worth the price of admission. Although I have learned so much from them over the years by joining different challenges and being involved in several live calls through zoom, this experience was truly the "icing on the cake".
"I've had a few photoshoots since the workshop and find myself thinking through my sessions more thoughtfully than ever before. I highly recommend joining a workshop if you can, don't hesitate for a second, just make the commitment and I guarantee you won't regret it!"
