Our Brisbane Unleashed Workshop is a week long dog photography workshop hosted by internationally award-winning pet photographers Charlotte Reeves (Charlotte Reeves Photography) and Craig Turner-Bullock (Furtography) to be held in northern Brisbane from 8-12 June, 2026.
Basic Requirements:
- Your dog must be over 6 months old
- Your dog is not aggressive towards people or other dogs
- Your dog is not stressed by busy locations and not nervous being around unfamiliar people and other dogs
- Your dog has a good level of obedience and will stay on command
- You're willing to travel to the shooting location (all within 40 minutes of North Lakes) and spend a few hours with a fun group of dog lovers!
You can still apply even if:
- Your dog's recall isn't the best, so they need to stay on a leash (except for the Dogs in Action session)
- Your dog isn't perfectly trained or behaved!
Photo Shoot Details
All locations are on the Northside of Brisbane, no more than 40 minutes from North Lakes.
Each session has a specific focus, and some have special requirements in addition to those above.
When you apply, please indicate all sessions you are available for - you'll generally only be selected for one though.

No additional requirements - just the basic requirements outlined above.
Monday 8th June

Pets & People
Old Petrie Town
You'll need to be okay with being in most of the photos with your dog - you'll also need to provide at least one image of yourself in your application.
Tuesday 9th June
2:30pm - 5pm
Dogs in Action
Red Beach, Bribie Island
Your dog will need to be fit and active, with a very high level of energy, and good off-leash recall. Perfect for dogs who love to play, run, jump and swim!
Wednesday 10th June
2:30pm - 5pm
What's in it for you?
First of all, you get to hang out with a bunch of dog-obsessed pet photographers as they ooh and ahh over your awesome dog!
Afterwards (no later than August 15, 2026), you will receive a complimentary collection of high-resolution digital images compiled from instructors and students. You can enjoy your images as you wish, from sharing online to printing for your home.
These are typically valued at several thousand dollars but are yours free as our way of saying THANK YOU for taking the time to donate your dog's talent and good looks to us!
